Joe, another tuppence from me, the after party sounds like a great idea, lets do the first track day see how many people show, if taking over the regent proves to be unsustainable with the amount of people we bring, then we'll know for any future track days that we may need to arrange a seperate venue and after party to house us all.
Teh after party is a great way to bring us all together, joke and laugh and if the venue could have some outdoor space as well, so we could enjoy the rest of the day outside that would be perfect..
