yeah but SPD-Rs are different, special even.....knew you'd like them Mike, personally I'd keep them for the track, the reason I love mine on the track is the reason I wouldn't ride them on the road...
You can really feel that added power transfer can't you?...something to do with the footplate being very close to the centre of the axle.... apparently.
