he isn't mentally fit to be in charge of a car. if he was a vet who put a cat in a washing machine he wouldn't be allowed to practice, if he was a dr who removed a persons heart when pissed.. he wouldn't be allowed to practice. at 40 this prick still has his growing up to do.
thing he is he can still go out and drink and drive and the worst they can do is extend his ban and maybe fine him.. which makes me think what you have to do to be banned from driving completely!? i think its impossible?
