Wanted: Chainring, saddle, tyres and toestraps

I'm almost done with a conversion that has come in over budget, and without even getting the flashy parts, so I'm hoping some of you lovely folk might be able to help me with the final stuff I need...

-46T chainring in 1/8 size for less than fifteen quid
-toestraps for less than ten quid
-white charge spoon saddle for around ten quid
-some decent race tyres in 700x28 size for around 15-20 quid

Can pick up from anywhere in central London. Or could indeed travel to pick stuff up if anyone's got a good offer!

Thanks for the offer 31t, I might take you up on that but will have to check my cranks first re 144bcd. Get back to you tomorrow?

Shimano, and I do suspect they're 130. They're the old road double cranks on the frame when i bought it and will be the first things to go when I get paid again/sell soemthing!
