Is it worth having a buyers/sellersfeedback

I know they do it on other forums and would not be to hard to put into place ,just to help cut down on bogus sales and help build a relationship between buyers and sellers i have bought a few things and been very pleased but not been to sure where to give a thubs up to a fellow forum member.
