  • that is a nice front wheel. radial spoking is lovely, shame you can't set the back up like that.

you can... non-drive side...half radial, half cross :{)

  • No new photos, but here's a cool one of Crispin Glover;

    All I see is this.

Sorry im having a i don't get it day ?
He lives up the road from me, hes a really nice guy.

    Longer hair and bingo.

Yes he is, ive had some brief conversations with him in his local in the past, and the guy with him mick hucknall, even bought me a drink, god that is one ugly man lol

  • Wow.. The fact that Jools Holland hangs out with Mick Hucknall makes me sad

  • according to a frend of mine, one of her friends (could possibly be her - shes a bit like that) met Mick Hucknall at a bar, went homewith him and did the dirty. worst bit is, as he rolled off at the end he said words to the effect of "that's what a million dollars feels like".

  • that story has to be true. 'dollars' not even his own currency?! what a guy

  • Mick Hucknall is a dirty misogynist bastard, apparently

  • Hellomiles - I think people might keep getting us confused! I've had a few people asking me why I've shaved off my moustache and bought a neon yellow bike.. I can't think of any other person with a neon yellow bike who could possibly be confused with me.

the hunt's still on asm, it ain't hellomiles... this dude looks exactly like you..

    hmmm worrying!

  • I cycle through camberwell a lot so it may be possible, but we don't really look alike, and I'm a bit of a short arse, whereas you look fairly tall. The only other neon yellow bike I've seen in London is Hassan's bridgestone.. Gunna be on foot for a day or two cos I completely skidded through my rear tyre :( ordered a randonneur so we'll see how long it takes to put it on haha.

  • it's not hassan either...................................

    about 4 pages?

  • Nope, definitely not hassan.

Hmm I'm rarely in camberwell centre, despite living right next to it. I use Brixton road almost exclusively.

The mystery continues. Should I just buy a neon yellow bike?

    it's not hassan either...................................

  • pretty intense

I think he was suggesting that it's easier for you to read the thread than for someone else to repeat information already available

    at the end

Some kind of Ally road frame that Lee Cooper modified for the previous owner. Cut out and lowered the top tube, shortened the head tube and put in "track" dropouts.
The forks are a set of straight blade ones that I got given by my local bike shop

  • Cheers Rik. It most certainly didn't say that anywhere previously on the thread.
