    Tofu Paella. (I'm not a cook who uses amounts, so sorry)

    You'll need:
    Rice- Enough for 4 people
    Tofu, preferably marinated in some Ginger, Paprika and Soy Sauce ( or cheat and use the Cauldron Stuff)
    Peas- prepared (as in unfrozen)
    Vegetables- what ever you have in your fridge (I like Mushrooms, Broccoli and Pulses)
    Paprika
    Soy Sauce
    Pepper
    Cumin
    Garlic and Onions.
    Vegetable Stock Cube

    Basically, make the rice, and leave it to one side.
    Toss the tofu over a medium heat with no oil, but with the Paprika
    Oil+ Onions and Garlic + Mushrooms into other pan.
    Cook mushrooms for a bit till they look awesome.
    Then chuck in the pulses, and peas. then the Cumin, and some pepper, and soy sauce
    Then the Tofu, then the rice, then just enough stock to moisten the whole thing up.
    cook till everything is just warm enough, and then eat.
