This one at the jucntion of Streatham Hill ,Brixton Hill and /Christchurch Road.
I remember being chlled to the core when I saw the aftermath of this incident one night (last September?). I don't know her name but she was a mother of two young children. Left-turning Sainsbury's HGV.

There's a D lock on the St John Street one now.

Saw one near Stamford Hill (i think?). Don't remember her name on the quote but the date stuck - 23 June 2008. I'll add another lock when I go past.

I went past where the tooting one was on friday and it had gone, I assume from the lack of broken locks it was removed by the council.

likely by theft, I'm not surprised frankly since it didn't even have a note, let alone a big "RIP" note on it.
