that is only one price, and not an entirely relevant one at that, since it isn't actually sold by shop 14 (its an item from TFG, from which 14 doesn't directly profit)
I think its pretty obvious that was was meant by this comment is that on the whole items seem to be sold at a lower price that at BLB, which I would tend to agree with
