Hack job! Some kind of Ally road frame that Lee Cooper modified for the previous owner. Cut out and lowered the top tube, shortened the head tube and put in "track" dropouts.
The forks are a set of straight blade ones that I got given by my local bike shop. Re finished in black by moi
