How is that seat clamp the wrong way round? I know of off-roaders who do that to keep crap out of the threads.

Yes, but off-road bikes often have a forward facing seat tube slot for the same reason. IMHO that was the wrong way around and would possibly have less effective clamping force.

Swap the wheels for a pair of original Shamals, lose the Spinaccis and delete the 'Art' option on the Grammo stem and it would be quite nice
