I went to Well Street: they have the computers and pretty much everything on the list (as far as I could tell).
I can see Oliver's point on local shops and product quality although I spend fair amount of money in LBSs (and ebay and internet shops) so I don't feel guilty about that. I'd never been to Lidl before and partly wanted to check it out because my girlfriend has been spooked by media hype and now and again suggests that we should start doing (at least some of) our grocery shopping there.
Condor are doing a deal on cateye computers though so I suspect that I would have got better value for money there. Buy cheap buy twice. I can find out (roughly and perhaps intermittently) how fast I cycle now though.
