What? It's a Pro Team.. there's more to pro racing than the TdF.
The TDF is a race and fits nicely into Rides and Races thread.
It crossed my mind to put the thread here but then it wasn't a ride or a race it was about the formation of a British road team which to mean seems like General.
It's a General Cycling thread if ever I saw one.
