Hi i'm new.... bit of a n00b to the forum and road cycling, but like to think my common sense sees me through most things.
Couple of Questions;

Whats a nodder?
Flouro Vests. Does this mean the ones designed for buidling sites. Good or Bad ?

A nodder wears a flouro vest whilst cycling over building sites.
Bad.
