Downside footplants are a piece of piss when you're clipped in, especially on a light bike, but what about cavemen*? I'm obviously not going to start doing them on my lightweight aluminium frame cos I've already snapped one and that was without doing so much as a wheelie on it. But does anyone here do them on a fixie? Is it hard to do them at speed? Do you have to lower your seat or wot?
*there's another name for this trick, can't remember what it is though
, maybe a ninja jump? 10 years of bmx and I can't even name my favourite trick... d'oh
