For Sale: Room for march

Double room in warehouse conversion in N15 up for grabs.

We recently lost 2 housemates who were moderately insane and are looking for some mellow/calm/normal people to fill their rooms.

We have decided to let the rooms to try and save money on rent which I will have to pay for the remainder of the tenancy. They were being rented for £90 p/w all inc. but I am very flexible on price as I am having to cover this myself atm!!

If you want the room for a month or only a couple of weeks it'd be helping me out!

We are going to be moving out at the end of March so it's a short stay thing.

Lovely bright big space.

2 boys, non smokers (Occasional rollie actually. I lie!)

In our final year of uni so pretty work orientated. Not into going out and getting smashed the whole time. Looking for nice friendly people/person to come join us for a month.

I'm into riding but housemate isn't. Lots of space to keep bikes though!

John (Eggpie) has moved in, still got another room though (The one in the photos) even if someone wanted to come stay for a week it'd be cool, just less money for me to cover on the last months rent!!!
