I recently sold this on ebay. I made the mistake of checking clearances with tubs. Listed it as being for 700c, it's actually for 27". So it's now back up for sale. Thought I'd offer it up here before it ends up going back on the bay. It sold for £230 plus postage. I'd be happy to take £200 including postage for a quick sale.
