Do you mean the twin rail 24mm courier tyre?
If so they are perty, but have shit all grip in the wet and skid through really quick. Bit shit for £20. Soma Everwears FTW!

might as well get the Vittoria all-white tyres from Condor for only £13 if you're looking for a white one.

halos skidded through in 2/3 weeks
if you dont skid a lot then i recommend it

twin rails are fast in the dry, great on hardpack/ canal towpath ground.
have zero grip on the corners in the rain. -

You haven't been shot down matey. The tyres have only been out for a bit, people are discussing how good or bad they are, and the consensus is they are bad. Thats valuble opinion right? No one is having a go.

They are pretty cack. Can't skid on 'em, scary as shit in the wet = no good.I haven't had any problems with the wet and slipping personally and i've been out in some proper gash conditions...
One of my other bikes is a rigid MTB set up for dirt/street so the twin rail is perfect for the back tyre - low rolling resistance and good cornering. Also got a pair of twin rails on my wild wacky action bike for leaving in public places and not worrying about it getting nicked. never had a problem with slipping out on those either - even been riding on the sidewalls on some *really *tight corners...
oh well each to their own. i likes em (obviously)

bavski, imaging that you only drink decaf coffee all your life, until one day you decided to try real coffee.
now replace decaf with halo, and real coffee with real tyres (i.e. continental, vittoria, etc.).

I think this is more of a 'it aint broke so why fix it?' situation.
I bought the halos as I like them on all my other bikes, and they seem fine to me. if they wear through I might buy something else. Hell, I might fit some tubular steel cranks just to piss everyone off...
Don't drink coffee either... could you write an analogy with tea in? Thanks
What do they ride like and any pics on your bike.
Cheers
