  • Simply the best track hubs you can get - designed and made in UK.
As used by Chris Boardman to break the hour record!

    What i got:

    • 1x Royce front track hub, 28h, non-friction sealed bearings - very good condition - £60

    • 1x Royce rear track hub, 20 holes, 120mm, non-friction sealed bearings. Good condition, but bearings can be replaced - lockring not included - £55

    • 1x 1x Royce rear track hub, 36 holes SOLD

    Peace
    Roberto

  • the best hub i have used so far!

  • I'll take the 36 hole rear if they can be respaced?

  • Yes it can be re-spaced.

I also have a 20h rim that would match the other hub - clincher rim...

  • Pic link?

  • Are they single sided? Bugger, I need double fixed. Sorry. I'm out.

  • Yes i think they only make single sided...

  • easily respaced or pain respaced ? might fancy the 36h

  • i'll take the 36 hole rear if poss. But can u give me a pic ? i would like to see em.

    pm'd

  • or what 20h rim you got roberto? too many options!

  • Yes i think they only make single sided...

Single fixed, but spaced to keep the wheel dish-free.

They are unbelievably lovely, and Cliff and the boys are great to deal with.

  • I really would prefer double fixed, I'm lazy when it comes to changing sprockets.

(free subtle bump for messing people about)

  • how often do you change sprockets. another excuse to get another bike ;)

  • how often do you change sprockets. another excuse to get another bike ;)

Never, I run double fixed on 2 wheels sets so have 4 different sizes readily available. :-)

  • You know it makes sense....

  • for sale?

  • this thread has started answering a question i have had in my mind over the last few days
i wondered if people could using their experience / word off mouth advise me on the list of the strongest best wearing hubs around
i have seen and heard lots about a variety of hubs recently new ones coming out
i have always gone for da large flange hubs and love them to bits but for an all weather bike to be used and ridden hard i wondered what people thought were the top of the range hubs money no object

    profile ?
    royce ?
    gromada ?
