She's spent a large part of her light living off the spotlight, to end it now would be absurd on her part. She is a celebrity whether you like it or not and because of that she will be a celebrity till the end.
It's sad but, as you said, no more sad than any other story.
Celebrity culture is bullshit, max clifford should be shot.
