yeah JC fixed wheel hill climb old scool stylee for sure and sonner rather than later.
next thing maybe is to decide on a hill that will not seem like too much of a nightmare and scare people off taking part. how long a climb do we want and should it be short and sharp or gradual with a sharp mountain face section. personally i think it should be a climb not so gruelling that anybody has to walk,,,,,suffer but not walk. :-)
if we go out to kent earlyish in the mornings its still has a misty feel going on
