dont know about that but you can definitely get money from the gov. for cycling into school/college rather than bus/driving. Its something stupid like 30 pound a term though i believe, but hey it wouldve pay the bills for a new headset and chain.

Yea, we get £30 a week for attending, but for some reason i've stopped receiving the money and there's no sign of it coming.
