Just to update - yjd has wound up business, so Cov can't sustain a courier. It's a shame really, i had a good chat with him and he said he'd targeted large local institutions for their local post - offer of sort and deliver at less per unit than current costs - but they just weren't able to (prepared to?) offer owt his way due to their existing arrangements.
