They are good if you want to train with extra weight! I had a pair of these last year and they actually weighed 2.5KG. Yes, that is for the two wheels only. I didn't know wheels could be so heavy and the bad part is the weight is in the rim and it feels like it.
Sold them the following week at a very small loss on eBay (probably because no risk of import duty as I had already taken that risk and got away with it)
