JAgrazy, if you want to ride fixed/single speed, then the 120mm option is the one you need, as its the right spacing for the majority of track hubs, and also means you can use the majority of track cranks out there, 135mm is the spacing if your going to put gears on it...
check out the transmission database so you can see which combinations of crank, bottom bracket, rear hub and cog you can run...
