Sorry DMZ, missed the edit to your post.
50% sure it is Geoff, but the chap at Roberts was not sure as he seems to think is was built at the time when Geoff and Chas worked in the same workshop.
Also apparently "pro bike orders where (are) done differently, so it could even have been both".
No idea what that means though.
So lets call is a Geoff Chas
