Similar to the above. Fresh air/daylight, stress management; but also trying to reduce processed sugar in diet, and drinking plenty of water - and trying not to rub/pick at it.
When I went to Iceland, the naturally sulphuric water (stinks of eggs when you run a bath) seemed to work wonders. Never bothered trying to find out if I could get sulphuric compound thingamejigs to put in the bath back in the UK...
epsom salts might be worth a go ?
