It's complicated a little because they didn't provide the rim, I wanted them to they were out of CXP33s.
I therefore had to get one sent through to them which means they provided hub and spokes and the build, so technically speaking I didn't buy a wheel off them, I bought some parts and paid for them to build it up. I wouldn't expect my LBS to rebuild my wheel for free because a part failed under warranty.
On the other hand I did actually order a fully built wheel through their website and sorted a discount over the phone for the missing rim, I guess you can look at it either way.
Hmm but I suppose that since it was their component that failed and as a result I'm going to be £30 rebuild fee out of pocket because of this, they should really sort the whole thing?
