I'll say hi next time! I was looking at you wandering if I recognised you or not, but I think it might have turned into a perplexed frowny face..
Where did you see us?

Polished alu road bike, though could be on a blue Merckx or grey BJ other days. I was a fair way behind you all the way down Brixton Road (you take scarier lines around buses than me!), but caught up at the lights by the Academy and we turned on to Atlantic Road together - where you scared the peds jumping the zebra crossing (naughty :D) and sped off into the distance.
yep, i think i remember.
those peds are always jumping those lights, but then again it was a bit naughty.
i'll say hi next time.

That's weird because it's almost on my route to work but not quite, plus i do ride a black and gold mercian. But i never snot rocket (mainly coz i wear a face mask).
Adoubletap, we've met before a while back, i was track-standing a blue frame with illuminous yellow rims as u were cycling out of the cut...looked at the pics of your frame but this had some gold panels on head and seat-tube plus was a shaven headed older guy.
You have been found not guilty ;)

Euston road, at the traffic lights near the British library heading east.
Fair haired bloke on a beautiful cherry-red Roberts lo pro. Gorgeous bike.I actually salivated at that. Do I get a bit carried away sometimes?

Spotted: A guy on Blackstock Road? near Finsbury Park last night, arguing with a taxi driver holding up the traffic. Taxi driver sounded like a right berk. I stopped to see if you were ok and for a bit of support and the driver just drove away in a cloud of deisel smoke and expletives.

spotted a guy in full winter fasso bartolo team kit, down to a matching helmet and overshoes, riding a hybrid with pannier bags on the kennington road. Brilliant.

I just remembered, I saw Jacqui last week on curtain road. I rolled slowly past, clocked her at the last minute and said 'Hey, Jaq!'. She looked confused and said 'oh... hey....'
Hello lady.

HA! There's a guy on my road who I see wearing full-on FDJ kit on his hybrid. The kit cost him more than his bike. New trend for 2009?

^ I get giddy when I see a set of tri-bars on a Ridgeback Velocity. With 35C tires on.
Theres one guy on a Carrera with panniers I pass on Waterloo Bridge regularly with a prominent Colnago transfer down his rear mudguard who clearly is also living the dream.

Third actually... ;p
Yesterday's was funny... Pistanator and I were going the wrong way down Dover Street when this van decided to really put his foot down and try and shit me up (cuz there wasn't much of a gap to get through)... Anyway, I made it through in time but G was behind me so I skidded to a stop and turned 'round to make sure he was OK... That's when I started keeling over towards a lamp-post surrounded by rubbish, pissing myself laughing all the way down... Guess you had to be there... ;D -

Some guy who has passed me jumping the same lights on Hackney Rd 2 days in a row. About 8:30 this morning, Black frame, chrome drops, (horrible looking) spotted beanie. Be careful at those lights mate, ive seen someone nearly get a proper pasting there before when jumping.

The boring voice of reason again: there are people who use tribars due to congenital conditions or injuries that affect the upper body in some way. Likely more of a comfort issue than an aero one.
Looks wank though.

Some fella on a black bike riding behind Lewisham Library yesterday evening. I was smoking a ciggie outside work and smiled, and you looked a bit confused before smiling out of politeness and cycling away slightly quicker.

Hmmm, my kit easily costs me more than my bike, and I wear fairly boring stuff. Is this normal? And should it be in the confessions thread?
Yeah good day out mate - good ride, bikes, bagels and Guinness, spot on!
