Steel rims or can you chrome-plate alloy?
You can Get Velocity Aeroheat in 700, 26", and 20" - I know they are Oztralian, sorry - best I can help with...
EDIT - also sun cr18 can be had in (bmx) 20" & 700c. but Sun are American I think.

could get some BMX rims (http://cgi.ebay.com/NOS-Bike-cycling-rim-BMX-20-MAVIC-TTM4CD-36-hole_W0QQitemZ250362986881QQihZ015QQcategoryZ158983QQcmdZViewItem) and 29er rims for the 700c, they would have closer widths.

Lightweight?
They started from the horse market didn't they? So do they not do smaller wheels for chariots?
I admit, this might be a little excessive and unlikely, but for promotion you never know.

thx guys
velocity do recumbent wheelsets which seem to be good..y
I need a partner on a design project I'm doing (a soap box car), to supply 4 wheels, 2 of them in 700c and two of them in 20'. Know any brand apart from Mavic? Mavic only do 700 to my knowledge.
Or if I could source these any other way.. my problem is that they need to look similar, i.e. the 20' shouldn't have a wider rim than the 700. Plus I need all of this chrome plated... any advice welcome.
