I hadn't had any symptoms for 14 years & it flared up again this winter. I got it really bad on the palms of my hand & the soles of my feet.
Had about 60 % body coverage but some 10/15% coal tar sorted it quite quickly, however i've loads of pigment scars (ie. tanned bits are now bleached & white bits are now brown)
UV or sunshine works great for me too. Hopefully once it's all cleared up it'll stay in remission for another 14 years.
I'm also sure Psoriasis is one of the conditions that excludes you from military services as it's often stress induced & a disability if it breaks out badly on the front lines.
