Well, from my personal experience, Goldtec track hubs are rather nice but the customer service is appalling.
I tried to place an order for a front wheel at the beginning of december last year and at the end I have to give up: several emails exchanged, few phone calls made, your order should be ready in the next few days, sorry we misquoted postal charges, send me only the hub, sorry this year we have updated postal charges and we will get back to you with a new quote, etc..... more than two months later I am still waiting for a reply.
That kind of failure should be under guarantee, especially if they have built the wheel themselves.
