Their site doesn't even have a member area (from what I remember). I couldn't remeber exactly what I ordered (they didn't even send an order acknowledgement/invoice/notification of dispatch) and so I couldn't check previous orders or even tell if it went through ok! Due to not having member area, you cannot change things like postage addresses (mine's different from my bank address) or previous orders, etc - I ended up registering 3 times just so I could bloody order something to the right address. Once you set the address you can go back (or amend - they didn't answer my emails)
They might have changed all this now, but TBH I don't really want to go back and have a look.
Some recomendations:
Fat Birds Don't Fly - http://www.fatbirds.co.uk - Nabbed a few bargains off them, but another one of those sites where they only dispatch to your card address...
Shiny Bikes - http://shinybikes.com/ - Again, had a few bargains through google shop search.
