Well, I'm now in a similar position to Ed: Tori and I have had an offer accepted today on a place in HH (no excuse to not ride track now).
We have got touch with the Gisby Harrison solicitors mentioned above and so far they've been amazing - all of my emails have been replied to within 15 minutes with loads of helpful info in. Their prices seem pretty reasonable too. Take this as another recommendation, I'll edit this post if they fuck up :-)
Now we need to get a survey done in the next two weeks. Can any of you lovely lot recommend a good, reasonably priced, residential surveyor for the gig? (I'm kinda looking at Fiddy and BRM here, but sure there are loads of people on here who may have wisdom to share).
