Imagine the scene if you will. Postman Pat, a little tipsy after a long lunch, picks up an awkwardly shaped parcel. "What's in here?" he muses to his cat. Curiosity gets the better of him and he sneaks a look at the manifest. "Blimey, rims, lube, rimtape and a nipple driver". Slips said parcel into his rutsack and takes it home to try out on Mrs Pat that evening. Imagine, if you will, his and her disappointment when all that they find are Ved's bike parts.
