Hi folks,
where to start really? been reading the forum a while as i've been playing with the idea of doing the LTB on a SS (and its my first time doing it) well i decided yes, 1 - for the pain, and 2 - erm, there must be a 2, the beer :) .
anyhoo, i opted for an OTP Iron Horse Transit 0. Not a bad bike although not nealy as nice as the bike porn page.
I was a BMX rider (is that a dirty word here?) and moved to geared, but i've not found the joy (not to mention responsiveness) you get on a BMX on a grown up (geared) bike, and the last straw was a catastrophic gear change that resulted in blood and bent deraileur.
anyhoo, viva la Iron Horse, well looking forward to some nice long rides
