I was thinking more Mercury Industries, of Birmingham. It's old, not one of those newer rebrands - though still could be a rebrand!
Mercury Industries (Birmingham) Ltd. was founded in 1947 and produced large numbers of bicycles, initially in Birmingham and then in Dudley; they made commercial delivery bicycles for Cyclemaster Ltd which, when fitted with an engine, became the 'Cyclemaster Roundsman.'
I'll try and get a picture of it on the way to work this morning.
