cheap thick auto grease on everything. Occasionally copper anti-seize on threads if I'm feeling flush.

Copperslip (anti-sieze) for titanium.
Nothing for carbon seatposts.
Lithium grease for everything else. -

I use anti seize on all stationary parts, thick lube on all moving parts, and biodegradable liquid lube (which seems to be a bit poo, hope mum nature appreciates it) on my chain.

quality grease in all areas but shimano antiseize on bb and titanium parts.
Carbon grease on all carbon parts. -

Use everything to do what it's manufactured to do. Anti-seize cream keeps components from seizing. Chain lube lubes chains. Lithium grease lubes bearings. Duh.
Which way do you lube?
