tricks on fixed wheel bikes is not new, circus and artistic cycling has been around for years...with bikes specifically for the purpose....
What IS interesting is will this new wave of fixed trick bikes "evolve" into a pre-existing bike design (artistic / circus) or will they evolve into something else entirely....it would make good design sense (I guess) to look at a bike already designed for the purpose of what you're trying to achieve....though granted the repertoire of tricks might be slightky different.
