I hit a van driver's mirror last year at Old Street roundabout early one morning.
The reason I hit his mirror was 'cos he overtook me, then while he was at the lights let his passenger out into the bike lane.
I had to squeeze past the passenger and I struck his mirror in the process.
I probably moved it a fraction of an inch. Didn't break it or damage it at all.
I didn't feel the need to apologise for brushing past his poorly placed vehicle.
I jumped the lights and he started sounding his horn at me and bascially chased me towards Holborn. I just ignored him.
It ended with him trying to force me off the road and blocking my way with his van.
He didn't manage to though and I managed to get past leaving him stuck in a traffic jam.
This presented me with the chance to call him a "wanker" and stick my finger up at him while cycling slowly away.
Maybe that makes me a c*** - I certainly know he's one.
