tokyo fixed gear is most definatley a english company, a guy called max owns the company, he's currently refurbing my frame for me. I dont think you will be paying any import tax from him. He used to live in japan with his girlfriend so i think thats where the name comes from. I know his girlfriend is japanese so he has a lot of contacts in japan for frames, bikes and parts and can get quite a lot of stuff. Hes also a top bloke so i'm sure he can help you with stuff you want.
