  • No idea, what the hell is one?

    I have respiratory issues, but they have been gradually improving due to keeping active throughout my life, particularly pushing it in the last couple years.

    Fixed road bike has helped a lot.

    My lungs got a bit fucked in a fire when I was a kid plus due to (genetics I think) I had about 70% lung capacity (checked a few years ago) which has increased to 80% with which I think it has topped out.

    I still continued to push myself, and developed further. I did a few tests at the doctors and I have managed to actually increase the amount of Haemoglobin in my blood! (to carry more oxygen innit)

    Ive only just started about VO2 training and all that stuff, which I dont yet understand the mechanics of. But be assured, just work hard and your body will react. If your already pretty good, just try swimming with less breaths, no need for novelty gadgets.
