Hi, ive not long got my first fixie too...
£20 from a mate who was upgrading...
Its an old 70s/80s Carlton if the stickers on the frame are right but it serves me well for commute...
Only problem is i now want something nice as well - but my budget is significantly less than yours.
time is your friend, save up for a decent frame (i.e. Bob Jackson off the peg frame), because you already got a bike, don't rush it, just save up money for a bike for life. That or go for the Brick Lane Bike frame* (the cheapest model but decent) or go to Cavendish Cycles to pick up an IRO frame*.
*the BLB frame is the same as the IRO, decent affordable fixed wheel frame for the money.

dont think the BLB frames are exactly the same as the IROs. boys in BLB claim they have different geometry... i went for an IRO as you get 631 and a threaded headset for a bit more cash.
peel the stickers off those rims
also it is a very nice bike
