Long Campag aero post

My current one is about 145mm long before the minimum insertion line.

I need 165+ mm really, the only mention of one long(ish) enough is on ebay at that link below, and I've emailed him.

Can't find any more on google, so where are all the long ones please?
I would also be happy with another campag one, just not a carbon one.

The official Campy lengths for those posts are 130mm and 180mm

I think it's the from where the saddle rails would be to the bottom.

The 180mm post is really over 200mm

They did a titanium record and also chorus that is well over 220mm. Got one of ebay last bit more than a year ago.

Mmm, that page came up in my searches, but i saw the $250 price, and i only paid £20 to Miro-o for the current one.

Keith and Jos had some long 27 mm Campag aero styled seatposts, i.e. not Campag, in stock back in December. It might be worth pinging them to see if they've got them in 27.2 too. The one I bought is long, i.e. 250 mm or so.

I emailed TdV asking about them, would have been past closing time though.
27 would do with a shim? Sure I've seen seat post shims around.

Pilky- Here is said post. 180mm from saddle rail fitting to minimum insertion. 230mm from rail fitting to the bottom. You can have it for a tenner posted.

Doesnt quite have the same 'charm' about it.
