Bianchi's are nigh on impossible to get hold of new. Unless you wanna pay extortionate import costs. They are lovely though. So I would get the Cinelli. However when spending a large deal of money on a frame I would always recommend you have a go on one before you buy, just in case. I had my heart set on a Condor Lavoro until I rode one and lost all sensation in my body due to its stiffness!
