Be aware that you'll need a 24mm seatpost for this!
These were sold NOS at a max. of 150€ during the last years (so probably the max. price he paid), but they are hard to find now. Since it is powdercoated and hasn't been used alot/looks really nice, it depends on you what price is reasonable.
If you get it, I might be able help you with a seatpost.
