  • meh, not a true track frame, it's been drilled

so what? does it change the geometry?

    chief.

  • i wouldn't want a thin track crown drilled by some hipster so he can run a brake.

  • good for you, its still a track frame.

  • What frame is this? It's gorgeous! (and White grips FTW)

  • Lovely new whip Dwayne.

  • this is my 1st fixed bike, any comments woud be appreciated....
its an old peugeot carbolite frame (free donation), resprayed by myself (rattle can job). built on a budget as you can tell.

  • looks pretty fine to be honest
nothing outstanding but as a first bike respectable
    gearing looks low
    what are you running?

  • as shown its 39 18, but just got a 15t in the post today, so i'll be running 39 15, 68.6 gear inches

  • sounds fair enough to me!
i like a tiny bit more but horses for courses

  • 68.6 is about what i run, works for me! Nice build btw, i like the orange stripes.

  • I also have a 42t and 52t rings so i'll find a combination i like in there somewhere.

  • BMC frames are so cool!

  • Ooh, not posted in here for a long time. Silly summer bike on the go, with thanks to Skoota for the loan of an Eno and Marcola for the frame.

Not sure if its actually built for a 700 rear, but who cares? I just want to see RPM's face.

  • looks nice, how r u gonna deal wit the vertical drop-out issue?

  • ENO hub.

  • S'got an white industries eno hub on the rear wheel innit.

Originally thought about borrowing it for the old GT ZR4000 i've got gathering dust, but BMX fred magic geared his one quite easily and then a clown bike my size came up for sale...

  • have you shrunk a foot snowy?

  • vertical drop outs ain't no issue.

Magic gear and half link chain- sorted.
Just built my 650c rear for my juicy ti project, now its headset fitting time, photos on monday.

  • Very, very nice Dwayne.

    +1.

    I'd keep the Mafac lever.

Better yet turn it into a DIY aero-lever. Just don't do it the way I did. Both brakes failed at once....

  • love it! easton ec90 slx forks too! mmmm

  • Well you would, wouldn't you!

  • have you shrunk a foot snowy?

I've accidently put myself on a boil wash dogsballs, anymore and I'd disappear.

However, tis bigger than it looks, as are most good things in life. God knows how you size a low pro.

  • love it! easton ec90 slx forks too! mmmm

    Well you would, wouldn't you!

afraid not, they're easton EC70 forks, but i got rid of the ec50 seatpost for a longer, yet lighter, thomson

its not too over the top, but is likely to get upgraded, just want to see how many miles i do
