I'm gonna be making some mallets for the lads up here in Leeds. I used to work at a ski place so I'm tapping up a mate for some ex rental ski poles. Whats the best way of attaching the pole to the gas pipe? Seen some on here that look like it has a nail knocked through. Any tips?
