Pay it, I got one and left it, they just mailed me and increased the charge (up to £45).
On a sideline since that I've stopped running reds, and started noticing the number of idjits running reds, then cycling slowly along the straights and blocking the people who are in a hurry (but didn't run the red), I don't think it'd be people on this forum as they're mostly MTB or Town & Trail but seriously why take the risk if you're not in a rush?! Rant over, I have excorcised the demons.
