I don't think I think and care too much about the forum - generally I post stupid stuff... but..

this last year the forum has, in many ways, changed my real-time life for the better. So I'm not about to say "right, I'm not coming on here any more", because the shit I enjoy is still here - bike chat, pisstaking, rides, events, discussions, build advice, porn... but this moody shit has been getting on my tits recently.... too much fo' sho. it's becoming a bind getting through some of the shit that's going on and it didn't exist when I joined. I don't see why we have to go the way of so many other internet sites, which get bogged down in flaming and shit..

I guess I'm saying I love you Gabes....

I had made a similar comment re the Polo boys a few days ago. Its a community of people who know each other and socialise together and there is a great sense of banter.

Though the troll in me does enjoy saddlebags at dawn.

It's part of the evolution of the forum as numbers grow, I saw more-or-less the same thing happen to a motorbike forum over a period of years. In the main you simply have to rise above it and ignore what you don't like or can't change because it doesn't fit with you. As it grows you do get divisions and groups within groups forming - think of it like a massive playground that swells as new kids join the school.
